whole pieces of freeze-dried raspberries with minimal chips
intense sweet and sour flavour
crisp and crunchy texture

Our freeze-dried raspberries have an even more intense sweet and sour taste than fresh raspberries, thanks to the fact that they contain almost no water. It evaporates when freeze-dried. But no worries, everything else remained. The freeze-dried raspberries have lost almost none of their vitamins, minerals, amazing aroma or red color. On the contrary, they have gained sensational crunch and shelf life. They'll last a long time in the pantry, if you can resist them. You'd better grab two packs at once, so they'll keep warm in your house for at least a few days.

Freeze-dried raspberries are very fragile, which is why we took extra care in choosing our supplier. You can count on finding whole, large raspberries in each bag with minimal chips.

How to enjoy freeze-dried raspberries?
Munch the whole freeze-dried raspberries on their own - throw them in your purse for work, for your kids' snacks at school or on a trip. Add them to yogurt, cereal, garnish ice cream and any dessert where you normally use fresh raspberries. When you put a freeze-dried raspberry in water, it will draw out the moisture and be almost as fresh.
