Mangoes are grown in the tropics and travel halfway around the world to our stores. That means only one thing - it usually has to be picked unripe. It's different with freeze-dried mangoes! The fruit ripens on the tree and is gently freeze-dried at the point of harvest. You will finally enjoy the taste of a ripe mango. But be warned - once you've tasted the sweet, freeze-dried mangoes, the hard and bitter ones will no longer be allowed to cross your doorstep.

Our freeze-dried mango is juicy, sweet and melts on the tongue. It lasts a long time even at room temperature. What's more, you can count on it containing plenty of vitamins and minerals. Lyophilisation preserves most of the nutritional value, taste, aroma and colour of fresh fruit.

How to enjoy freeze-dried mangoes?
Freeze-dried mangoes come in handy when you want to indulge in something sweet but don't want to sin. Munch it straight from the bag or add it to a nut mixture. Mango slices add an exotic flavour to granola, porridge and smoothies. You'll love it as a dessert ingredient - it pairs well with pineapple or coconut, for example. And have you tried combining it with dark chocolate?

Our tip
Are you throwing a children's party? Offer the children freeze-dried mangoes instead of biscuits and sweets. You'll satisfy their sweet tooth while giving them plenty of vitamins and healthy energy.
