A freeze-dried banana that never turns brown or soft. Ripe and sweet, full of vitamins and minerals.
Sweet taste without added sugar
crisp and crunchy texture
filling for longer thanks to its fibre content

Don't have a banana on hand or forgot to eat it when it was still fresh and you don't like it overripe? It's time to try freeze-dried banana slices. A freeze-dried banana is harvested at just the right moment. Neither unripe nor overripe. That's why it tastes sweet and smells good. Freeze-drying has removed the water, but otherwise nothing has changed in the composition - most of the vitamins and minerals have been preserved. Thanks to its high fibre content, it will fill you up nicely.

Have you tried banana chips and not been impressed? A freeze-dried banana doesn't have much in common with them. Banana chips tend to be fried, hard and full of sugar. In contrast, our freeze-dried banana slices are freeze-dried. The result is crispy, crunchy banana pieces that just melt on the tongue. No added sugar or fat.

How to enjoy a freeze-dried banana?
Crunch a freeze-dried banana on its own instead of a fresh banana. It will give you energy and nutrients at work, during sports and on a hike. Stir freeze-dried banana slices into yogurt, cereal or blend them with milk for a delicious smoothie. Use freeze-dried banana instead of fresh when baking - to flavour creams or decorate desserts.

Our tip
Banana is a healthy snack for our little ones, but how many times have the kids brought it back mashed in their briefcase? Pack them a freeze-dried banana for school instead. It's light and nutritious, but definitely won't turn brown or soft.
Freeze-dried bananas are full of vitamins and minerals
Freeze-dried bananas retain most of the same vitamins and minerals as fresh fruit.
